"Bastidores", exhibition at Zone30 Artpublic in Sierre, Switzerland. Returning from a trip to Brazil, I drew inspiration from Rio's incredibly rich natural environment to create text-based images.

Poem-visions about the five senses that nourish me, sketches from my notebooks, and the behind-the-scenes creation of my illustrations ("Bastidores" means "backstage" and "frames") become my exhibited images.

This profusion of senses is accompanied by a single figurative drawing, a procession taken from a carnival picture: it means sharing, being together, the communion of the senses, the sixth one.

The whole was displayed in a public space and played with the relationship between the intimate and the advertising space throughout the display windows.
