How can I illustrate an iconic place in a simple and sensitive way on a world-sized poster? By playing with flowers and typographic elements—characters!

My inspiration came from a personal experience with a friend who lives near this place. I wanted to pay tribute to the florist who brings the square to life on market days, while capturing a certain essence of these flowers for my friend.

For this creation, I opted for a mix of techniques: using layers to create my large-scale drawings, and watercolor and digital techniques to bring rich color and textures to the whole.
